Our annual ski trip to Camp Vista in Dundee, Wisconsin was a great success! We had 61 RPCV’s, friends, and family for the weekend. We enjoyed moussaka, tofu, chicken, stroganoff, and Eastern European desserts. There were several musicians, actors, and comedians in the talent show. There were board games, fish fry’s, and of course perfect snow conditions for downhill and cross-country. It was very cold in the evening but we enjoyed the campfire. Next year’s trip and cuisine promises to be even better!
