In conjunction with our satellite dinners around Chicagoland we will also be collecting warm clothing for Refugee and Immigrant Services of Heartland Alliance.
Key needs include:
- coats for toddlers through young adults.
- coats for adults, particularly for women and smaller sizes because the dominant source of refugees this year are from Burma, Iraq and Bhutan.
- gloves and hats, particularly for men.
- long underwear and sweaters.
- winter boots.
We are also looking for a volunteer from each of the dinner sites to
