The Chicago Area Peace Corps Association (CAPCA) is a membership based organization made up of Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs), parents of Peace Corps Volunteers, and Chicago-area supporters of Peace Corps work in Chicago and abroad. As a member of CAPCA you are instrumental in promoting the Third Goal of Peace Corps: to strengthen Americans’ understanding of the world and its people.
