Here’s how you can help our city this month.
Event: Pitchfork Music Festival
Date: Friday, July 19th - Sunday, July 21st
Shift Times: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (AM Shift), 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (PM Shift)
Location: Union Park, 1501 W. Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60607
Task: Take tickets, check wristbands, etc.
In Brief: Volunteer at an internationally recognized music festival this summer! With a commitment of 35 volunteers, $1,500 will be donated to CAPCA to support current Peace Corps volunteers fund community initiated and led projects.
Added perk
If you volunteer for an AM shift you are welcome to enjoy the festival after completing your shift. If you volunteer for a PM shift you are welcome to return to the festival on the next day for free.
Volunteers who complete a Friday AM shift are welcome to stay for the rest of the day on Friday for free after completing their shift. Volunteers who complete a Friday PM shift are welcome to return to the festival on the next day (Saturday only) for free.
Volunteers who complete a Saturday AM shift are welcome to stay for the rest of the day on Saturday for free after completing their shift. Volunteers who complete a Saturday PM shift are welcome to return to the festival on the next day (Sunday only) for free.
Volunteers who complete a Sunday AM shift are welcome to stay for the rest of the day on Sunday for free after completing their shift. Volunteers who complete a Sunday PM shift get to choose either Friday or Saturday for their free day (but not both days).
