Volunteer Event: Crafting with the Anti-Cruelty Society

 Please join CAPCA at the Anti-Cruelty Society to craft toys and beds for animals in need.

CAPCA is looking for 10-15+ volunteers to support this event. We will be crafting the following animal enrichment items:

• Cat Wands
• Kitty Cork Toys
• Catnip Sachets 
• Kitty Cardboard Mouse
• Dog Puzzle Toy
• Dog Tug Toy
• No Sew Pet Beds

If you're unable to attend the event in-person, you can craft your own items at home and coordinate a donation drop-off with the CAPCA Volunteer Liaison Jill Conway at jilljustineconway@gmail.com.

Please RSVP to Jill Conway at jilljustineconway@gmail.com by Saturday September 24th. Let her know how many people you'll be bringing and/or if you'll be making items at home that you'd like to donate as part of CAPCA.

Up to 5 cars from CAPCA can park at the Anti-Cruelty Society, so please let me know if you're planning on driving. Metered street parking is also available nearby. 

The Anti-Cruelty Society will also accept other donations. If CAPCA members would like to donate any of the following items to the shelter, please coordinate with Jill.

• Pet Blankets
• Unopened pet food (dry)
• Unopened pet food (canned)
• Unopened pet treats
• Baby food (meat flavors; no onion or garlic)
